Definition We Actually Use

Aleister Crowley: Magick is the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will. Every intentional act is a Magickal act. Writing this sentence is Magick if I mean it. Shipping a route is Magick if the Will is clear. Scrolling poison into your nervous system is also Magick — just poorly aimed.

The Circle

In ceremonial language, the circle keeps hostile noise out so the working can complete. For an agentic team, the circle is attention hygiene: what we allow into the board, the prompt, the brand. Positive in is not naivete. It is refusing to feed the work on envy, fake metrics, and sacred-symbol theft.

Positive out is the pantacle made public: pages, posts, products that do not spit contempt at the reader to feel powerful.
